A: You can submit a booking request directly through the “Book Now” page. Once submitted, we’ll follow up by email to confirm details and finalize your booking.
Q: What qualifies as an “event” booking?
A: Event bookings include weddings, concerts, sports events, music videos, parties, conferences, and other gatherings where coverage is required.
Q: Do you offer packages for small businesses?
A: Yes! We create tailored content packages for small businesses, including product shoots, promotional videos, and branded storytelling.
Q: Can I book travel videography?
A: Yes. Travel-based projects are available and require coordination in advance. Pricing depends on location, project scope, and travel requirements.
Q: Can I still book Tape Productions to cover a live recording or concert?
A: Yes! We are still accepting bookings to capture live recordings, concerts, worship events, performances, and similar events for social media content, recap videos, promotional content, and other edited deliverables.
Q: Are Live Production services still available?
A: Our full-scale Live Production services are currently on hold. This includes services such as live multi-camera switching and dedicated production setups. This does not affect our Event Videography services. If you simply need your live event professionally captured and turned into content, we’ve still got you covered.
Q: How much do your services cost?
A: Pricing depends on the project type, location, and scope. For events, after you submit your booking request, we’ll provide a customized quote.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. All deposits are non-refundable.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards and business invoices.
Q: How long does it take to receive my finished project?
